16-Year-Old Raped in Rimini: Two Young Men Arrested 

The suspects, aged 18 and 17, were identified through a tattoo and DNA evidence after attempts to mislead investigators. The incident occurred last August, following contact with the girl via Telegram and an agreement for paid sexual services. The victim had been offering services through social media, but upon meeting the two young men, she decided to back out. The attackers then would have drugged and raped her, leaving the victim semi-conscious on the street. 

Young man killed by gunshot to the head in Southern Italy

A 21-year-old boy was fatally shot in Villa San Giovanni, a town in Reggio Calabria. The incident happened late at night, with witnesses reporting multiple gunshots before Cirillo was found critically wounded. Despite the rapid medical response, he succumbed to his injuries upon reaching the hospital. Authorities are investigating possible motives and analyzing evidence from the scene, fueling growing community concerns about safety and crime in parts of Calabria.
