The Italian magistrates have asked the ECJ to clarify the appropriate criteria for defining a third country as “safe”.

Woman gave birth in a nightclub and killed the baby: she was arrested for murder

A 29-year-old woman murdered her baby and then called the emergency number 118. According to investigators, the mother tried to get rid of her baby by flushing it and pushing it down. “Everyone in the town knew she was pregnant,” said the owner of the Club, “but she denied it and hid her belly”.
